Sparkle and Shine Challenge Fifteen

I used both the circles and rainbow watercolor look of the inspiration photo and came up with this birthday card:

Tim Holtz water color paper was used with an UmWowStudio mask and Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens for the card front (popped up with foam tape).  I used Simon Says Stamp's stitched rectangle die to cut it out. Winnie and Walter's "Let's Celebrate" (minus the "Let's") was heat embossed on vellum and attached lightly on the narrow edges. Just a sprinkling of assorted Pretty Pink Posh sequins finished it off.
