The topper is from the CD, and is a stacked decoupage image. It was so easy to use, and I really like the way it looks. I'll be sending this through the mail, so I didn't use foam tape between each of the 6 layers but instead alternated layers. You can get an idea from the bottom picture. It still has quite a bit of dimension, which I like. For texture, I used an Anna Griffin embossing folder on gold shimmer paper and stickles on the large star dotting the "i" in Believe. Just a touch of organza ribbon finished off the 5 x 7 inch card.
